All of the services provided by New HOPE of McDowell are free and available to individuals regardless of their immigration status, age, disability, gender identity or expression, race, creed, sexual and/or religious orientation or national origin. That means men, women, children, any individual in our community or from other communities are eligible for our services!
Did you know that men can make up almost 40% of our entire client base in a single year? That's right! We know that abuse can happen to anyone, so we tailor our services to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to access them and increase their safety.
Our Crisis Hotline, Hospital Accompaniment, Shelter Intake, and Sheltered Clients Services are available 24/7. All other services are available between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday or by appointment only.
