NEW HOPE OF MCDOWELL

Jennifer has worked with New HOPE of McDowell for over ten years and has a background in Human Services. In addition to her duties as Executive Director, Jennifer also provides direct services to clients and the community as a court advocate, speaker, and more. She also maintains and manages both of the agency's Outreach Thrift Stores.  

Casee began working with New HOPE over 4 years ago.  She has a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Women's Studies from UNC-Asheville.  Her main duties include overseeing staff, providing direct services as an advocate for survivors, training new team members, as well as organizing and implementing events and fundraisers.

     Kendra has worked with New HOPE since January 2014.  Working with women and children is her greatest passion.  Being able to use her personal experience with domestic violence helps to better understand the clients she assists everyday to give them proof that they can overcome their current situation.  Her duties include assistance with domestic violence protective orders, case management, and crisis counseling.

We are staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week and have staff that work during the day, evenings, nights, and weekends. All of our advocates receive training and monthly education to ensure that they are prepared to provide the best services possible to victims, survivors, and their families.
